Awful bank. Awful customer service. Does no good to complain. No one cares. Changing banks ASAP!! Awful!!
This is by far the worst bank I ever dealt with! Very poor customer service, staff are rude and incompetent! I made sure that I explained to them thoroughly how I want my accounts and automatic payments set-up but still got everything wrong. Didn't even ordered my check when I told the staff to order it a hundred times! And they already made their mistakes but still act like everything is ok and it's not their fault. Didn't even say "I apologize for the inconvenience" like other good businesses would do. I am closing my accounts here and find a BETTER bank. These people here are IDIOTS!
Yes this location has very poor customer service. I have been here twice with no one acknowledging me.
This is a wonderful bank! They always have friendly smiles to greet you and helpful assistance while you're there. Good job Wells Fargo Pagosa!
The worst bank ever. I've never been to a bank that was staffed with more incompetent people. And the liberties they take with your money is ridiculous. Was given a shoddy "second chance" checking account (coming off a Chase account 10 years in good standing) this means random holds on your checks (even ones drafted on their bank) and apparently that the staff is allowed to lie to you about when your money will be available. Rude, idiotic manager, stupid staff with no math skills (I've had to deposit and then withdraw several times due to tellers inability to use a calculator, or listen to what I said). Screw this bank.
