Muddy and the spray soap selection didn't work. Tried to use the low pressure soap and it was just green cleaning fluid. Car looked no different than when I had brought it in. Explained to the owner I did not wish to use the brush because it was likely full of mud and rocks and didn't care to scratch my paint. Asked for a refund as I spent the better part of 7 minutes rinsing and trying to get clean. Owner was unwilling to refund full amount. Poor customer service. It was a 10 dollar car wash and you can't refund the money because YOU'RE equipment was not working properly. Unsatisfactory!
