Very friendly and down to earth folks. We were renting a house for the week that had a pool table but chalk was nowhere to be found. After scouring Pagosa Springs for pool chalk, we ended up at Axxis Audio off the request from a local pub. The manager of the store informed me that no chalk was for sale there, only top of the line home entertainment equipment. He then proceeded to take me upstairs to Axxis Audios personal game room and GAVE me some chalk out of his personal pool equipment. Anyone who would do this for a stranger from Oklahoma moves up my list of businesses that I'll do business with if ever the need arises. Just wish this store was in my hometown!!!
Was on my way through town from Durango. I walked right in asked a quick question and Troy dropped what he was doing and took a few minutes to diagnose my problem, he fixed it right then and there. No charge. I highly recommend Axxis Audio for the great customer service. I will definitely take my business there first and foremost in the future.
Have had a back up camera installed there and a couple of other minor issues resolved there. Excellent work, friendly, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.
