I am absolutely and incredible pissed off. The lady at the front desk told me they couldn't take me in because I was 15 minutes late. But I was not I was 9 minutes late because I couldn't find the building. Also noticed that there was literally NOBODY else there that they were working on. They had no other patients. They still could've taken me since there was literally only me there: I understand I was late but I was not late enough for you to cancel my appointment. My original appointment was made for 11:30 and the lady at the front desk said that I need to be there at 11:15..? If you want me there at 11:15, make my appointment for 11:15 not 11:30. They were also rude to me and my mother. This day was the only day I had free specifically for my appointment and now I have to miss out on school and sports for an appointment that was remade for no apparent reason. I'm very disappointed and angry.
