Terrible place to stay. Had trouble shutting & locking exterior door. NO A/C, had to leave windows open all night. Lots of dogs barking & talking & laughing outside window all night. Beds very uncomfortable. No TV in bedroom. Did not feel safe or comfortable in this establishment.
Nice friendly people who own it old fashion but I like it
60 year old facility with few modern updates. Had to squeeze into the bathroom because the bed was to close to the door. The breakfast was stale cold cereal. If I had seen the room before paying, I would have left.
Been staying here for years, but we won't stay here ever again. Beds and shower were dirty and the man at the front desk was extremely rude! Pubic hair on my pillow?? No thanks!
Fantastic experience all around. Great pricing and even better service. Great location in the heart of beautiful Pagosa Springs, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating of all of our needs. Only downside is that we only got 1/2 small bottle of shampoo and 3/4 small bottle of conditioner for our 3-night stay. Felt like home away from home. Would recommend to anyone staying in Pagosa Springs.
