Staff is more concerned with having a good time that providing any amount of customer service. Singing and weird noises coming from the kitchen.. Went in to an empty store and was told it would be about 20 minutes for our pizza. We waited 40 minutes only to watch the guy running the register pull it out of the thing that keeps pizzas warm. Who knows how long it was in there.. Minimal toppings on what was supposed to be a 3 topping pizza. DO NOT
Never get the order right, constantly letting the phone ring. Walked in once to see why my order wasn't shipping yet from their online site and heard one of the employees joking with another saying "if we don't answer the phone, we won't have to work."
The worst place ever. Do not waste your time or money. I have tried time and again to give these guys second, third fourth and fifth chances. They are literally the worst I've ever encountered.
GO HERE. Plenty of other local businesses to support in this town.
An employee picked there nose on the way back from the bathroom then proceeded to make food. When brought this to an employee attention she swept it under the rug. Manager was not in the building. When I finally got in co fact with manager. She stayed that the employees dented it even happend. Manager was very rude. Tried to start a fight about 3 pizzas thinking I was someone else. Not very welcoming to condo guests. Worse pizza hut I have ever been to.
Negative: everything else. First of all the service was VERY slow. Cashier's attitude was "I'll get there when I get there". We were second customers in the store and it took 45 minutes to get food. FOURTY FIVE MINUTES! No one warned us it was gonna be that long. I used to make pizza and it takes only 60 seconds to make it and 10-15 minutes to bake it. And guess what? We still got RAW pizza. The dough had no taste like cardboard. Sauce was like water. Cheese? There was a ton of cheap cheese! And I mean like 3 times more cheese than normally and it was not tasting good at all. After the fist slice I started picking only the toppings and even those were mediocre at best. Chicken wings were pretty tasteless too. Sauces came on the side and nothing tasted right. For the first time in 35 years we ended up throwing away half of the food. It was just terrible. No wonder why 2 locations are for sale in Albuquerque. I will never come to pizza hut again!
Positive stuff: this place will make you eat healthy and hate pizza.
