Worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced in my life. Stay away at all cost!
Dued taco bell has horrible service. We order their twice and the first time we didnt we get our full order. So we had to go back and ask for the rest. They gave it to us but it look like it was thrown together. The second time we order my husband order a crunch wrap. Poor thing he has food poisoning because of it.
What the hell is going on with this taco bell. Seriously just sat at drive thru. No one answered, not even at the window. Came inside to order. Asked man at counter if the drive thru was broken. He says "something like that". Told him they should put a sign out there so people don't sit out there forever. No comment. Waiting for my food I'm watching multiple cars pull up to window and they are ignoring them. They are also out of multiple items. Think corporate should look into this. Or time to shut down. Ill be down for a Wendy's or jack in the box here in town .
Staff are constantly changing, often times visibly high (twitching, scratching themselves) the manager is an indian lady with the worst customer service I've ever seen, she carries a Glock pistol on her side in the store, obviously paranoid, which makes sense given the horrible food they serve and how long it takes to get it. Something Is always broken, drive thru is almost always down. The same owners as Pizza hut, who's reviews are even worse. Don't give your money to these people. Taqueria is across the street, same price but much better service and food.
The customer service is awful! It takes 20-30 mins to get your food. Even through the drive through it takes a long time to get your food, if the speaker is working. I have always loved Taco Bell and KFC in the past but unfortunately with the lack of customer service I will not be back
