Sparkling clean and comfortable room! The grounds are gorgeous and perfectly kept. You can tell the staff at Mountain Landing put their heart and soul into making this a wonderful place to stay. The hot tub is immaculate. I loved it!

The location was great. The sites are okay- leveling is not the best and are all gravel sites. The maintenance personnel was very aggrevated during check in about dogs and guest not picking up after their pets- this did not concern us and she made a point to tell us about it numerous times. Not the friendliest employees!

Nice park, wide road and sites very easy for any size rig to maneuver. Many of the sites are taken in the summer by seasonal visitors so for June-August early reservations are a must, although a few sites are always left open for stopovers. The only RV park in Pagosa Springs that is not directly on US 160, which is a very busy highway. Due to local law no open fires are allowed anywhere within Pagosa Springs town limits.
