Rich and Debbie Crabb at Enterprise saved the day for my family and I. While on vacation we had car trouble and we needed a car big enough car for 5 people and all our luggage...a lot of luggage. They had a large, late model, clean sedan ready in no time with no hassle for a competitive price.
The staff was courteous the two times I attempted to rent here. The first time I reserved through a third party a month ahead but there was no car or paperwork. The second time I made a reservation directly on Enterprise but got denied the rental because I had a debit card and AZ license (my truck is worth twice the value of the rental car) It worked out because I went on Priceline and got a really nice 4 door f-150 for the same price from Avis in Durango.
Debby is just a sweetheart and Rich is awesome! Their customer service is superb. They will help as best of their abilities and with a smile in their faces. Go with them every time you are in Pagosa Springs.
Debbie is the absolute best! From start to finish every time I work with her it is an excellent experience. Would give 10 stars if possible!
Called three times to rent a car. No return calls, placed on hold for 15 minutes then they hung-up on me. When I called back I was told they needed to detail the vehicle and would be out to pick me up by 5:00p.m. or next day morning. Didn't show up! Next morning I called @ 11:45 a.m.. I was told the same, "needed to detail car and would be out to pick me up with the car". I pressed them for a more exact time, I was told,"about an hour". Still waiting.
