Awesome hot tub knowledge and service.
We bought a new Bullfrog Hot tub here in 2013 because they were the only dealers of this great hot tub. Off the bat, the service has been bad. Parts were missing when it came and they told us we could get that at any hardware store. They were too busy to take care of us. Now, our three years later our hot tub is not working, it just quit heating. We called and the communication is terrible. They have visited 4 times reluctantly and are trying to get out of fixing it.Repair guy leaves and is surprised when we tell him it is not working. This has been since October. They keep us in the dark about what is warrantied and what they will do. Hot tub still broken and no answers. When you call the woman who answers at the number listed for service passes the buck and says things like "i don't know how much that part costs" and is offended when you ask questions. This company does not stand by their products and the service is non-exiistent. I have a 3 year old broken hot tub and have NO idea what they plan to do. They keep asking us when we bought it as if they are trying to get out of the warranty. I had heard the service was not good before I bought but I wanted a Bullfrog and they were the only ones who carried them. I will call Bullfrog and tell them how disappointed we are in this company.

Would not recommend this company under any circumstance. Once they never showed up for service. Another time an employee showed up well after dark without first ringing the doorbell. He just appeared as a shadowy figure on our deck and frightened visitors and spouse. Law enforcement was notified. Employees are not customer friendly in our experiences with them. Reputable service is available from Durango at a competitive price.
