Consistently great food. I usually do their fish tacos but explored more of the menu today. Nachos were a huge portion and were so tasty. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meals as well. It's a small place so eating at off times keeps you from a wait. Definitely worth checking out.
I️ had low expectations, but we really loved our time and meal here! Skipped the chips based on reviews and instead ordered jalapeño poppers. They were great—grilled, not fried. Ordered a top shelf margarita, which was made with fresh lime juice and very tasty. Husband got the #2 tacos, and I got the #5. So yummy!Atmosphere was excellent and made the slightly long wait for our food well worth it (we arrived around 5pm, and the place filled up). We’ll be back, and will bring our friends and guests too.

The patio is a perfect spot. Shrimp tacos with the avocado and cheese, at this visit was the best dish ordered, but the 'special' of pork tacos was a close second. Not sure the why, but our server didn't ask many of the pertinent questions, overheard asked by other server to customers. Open faced Chile was over cooked, possibly due to not asking how the burger was wanted cooked. Over all, Kip's doesn't disappoint, definitely worth a visit while in Pagosa.
Stumbled upon this place when passing through Pagosa Springs, collette our server was so great! Super attentive, as we opened the door we were seated and greeted. Margaritas we're good and food came out quick no disappointments! Nachos and chicken sandwich were fantastic and prices for both food and drink were very reasonable. Thank you Collette for your very friendly service we will be back for sure! Check this place out for sure!
My husband and I, while on vacation, decided to have our anniversary dinner here based on the wonderful reviews. I'm so glad we did! We sat outside; it was nice and quiet with a pleasant view. We started out with the chips & queso. My husband had a house margarita, and also a pomegranate margarita, as well as some sliced sirloin tacos. I had the fish tacos. Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was great, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
