Staff and Doc are great. Love the use of herbals over meds, when there are options. Doc takes care to explain everything so that you have complete understanding of what is being done. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. They do laser surgery and acupuncture therapy.
After working with Dr. Thompson for over three weeks, he failed to diagnose a serious disease that eventually ended my dog's life. Every time I brought her in for examination, he would try a different Chinese herbal medicine and tell me to wait for her condition to improve. She continued to deteriorate under his care. By the third week, I brought my dog to another veterinarian that was able to correctly diagnose her condition during the first examination. Unfortunately, she was already too sick to recover and died three days later.
