Didn't actually end up staying, but the woman was kind enough to refund the initial deposit on account of my wife and I having to cut our honeymoon short for a family emergency. She didn't have to do that, but it meant something that she did. We fully intend to return.... Honeymoon part II.
This is a well-maintained park in a beautiful setting along the San Juan River with friendly staff. Many of the sites are on top of each other, however, and one end of the park has no vegetation at all between the sites. We'll definitely go back, but will choose our site carefully.
Really nice property with great amenities. Owners are friendly and accommodating, we hope to come back sometime soon!
This was a great campground! I was a little worried about it being so close to the highway but I heard nothing all night. We choose one of the camp sites neat the river (Site 55) and it was not super shaded during the day but otherwise it was a large camp site and I would stay here again.
This campground is clean. Great view. The bathroom are clean temp controlled. Park host excellent very helpful.
