On my family vacation you see something you don't want to see (check engine light), and the vehicle isn't running right. I called and asked if they could help and they told me yes no problem. Brad came out diagnosed the problem, got it fixed, and sent me on my way. Thank y'all for the quick service and help getting my family back to our vacation!
I can not say how thankful that there are people out here in the world with hearts as big as the people that run this company. I blew a transmission pulling a fifth wheel trailer out on the highway two days before a holiday weekend. They were able to tow the truck in on a rollback and provide a truck to pull the fifth wheel trailer to our campground so we all could continue our vacation where we had previously made reservations. They helped make a bad situation into a bump in the road. Thank you so much, Buckskin Towing for what you did for us.
When we ran into some issues they were very rude and unprofessional. We felt ganged up on instead of working to get the help we needed. Disappointed unfortunately.
Weekend - they saved my bacon with a simple and inexpensive repair which turned out to be fully refunded by Ford so it didn't cost me anything. Towed me in from an area without cell coverage after one of their kind and thoughtful employees stopped to see what was the matter. They cared and were quick and complete in their service.

Our motorhome was tilted sideways in a culvert at a nearby RV park. They came to our aid quickly and got us out with no damage. They followed us to their shop to assure that it was safe for us to travel. What a relief! Thank you!
