I am most impressed with the service at CT Auto. I have officially abandoned the other shop at which I have spent many dollars maintaining my car. CT had me in the door at the the correct appointment time, and did the job faster and at a lower charge than the quote. These are clearly honest and consumer minded people, concerned more with having a satisfied customer rather than marking up parts for bigger profits. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

It has actually been a couple of years now, but we were visiting Pagosa Springs and our vehicle was giving out a burnt smell. I went to another shop and they tried to sell me on a $600 brake job. Going to get a second opinion, I stopped at CT's and they spent over 30 minutes checking out the vehicle and assured me it had nothing to do with the brakes. The finally confirmed we needed to probably change the transmission fluid, but it was not critical, and they charged me nothing for looking at our car. Super nice people, and honest. I never want to break down in Pagosa, but if I do, it will be CTs that I call.
I would highly recommend this mechanic! My 18 year old son was on a road trip and had car trouble, not only were they able to get my son up and going but they spoke with me about the issues over the phone. Best customer service ever!
You won't ever find a more knowledgeable HONEST Mechanic Chris an Nat know how to take care of their customers. Just one of many stories. they had given me a quote to fix my truck. I had them fix it, when I picked it up he told me he was able save a bit on this and that, my total was hundreds less than the original quote. What other mechanic does that? Love the HONESTY, I would recommend any one to them
